The agreement was signed by Captain Rado Antolovic, PhD, CEO of DDW, and Shri Jose V J, Chairman and Managing Director and Director (Finance) of Cochin Shipyard Limited. The signing took place during the BRICS Summit 2026 held in New Delhi. The event was further graced by the presence of Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, the Hon’ble Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, and H.E.
