The 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Coal India Limited (CIL) is scheduled to be held on Monday, 31st August 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), allowing members to participate remotely.

Key Highlights from the Report

The report details several key achievements:

  • Coal Production: Coal India maintained coal production above 768 MT despite operational challenges.
  • Overburden Removal: Achieved overburden removal of 1,980 MCuM to support future production capacity.
  • Renewable Energy: Added 100 MW of renewable energy capacity through the Patan Solar Project.
  • Financial Performance: Revenue from Operations stood at ₹1,68,400 Crores, with EBITDA at ₹53,276 Crores.
  • Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.25/- per equity share, subject to shareholders’ approval at the AGM.

Cut-off Date for AGM

The Company has fixed Monday, 24th August 2026, as the “Cut-off Date” for the purpose of determining the Members who shall be eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM.
