CMS Info Systems acquired Securens Systems, a player in the AIoT remote monitoring market, for ₹75 crore. The company is also focusing on extending its HAWKAI™ solution beyond the BFSI sector into non-BFSI verticals, anticipating substantial growth opportunities.

For FY26, the company’s Technology and Payment Solutions segment demonstrated impressive growth, contributing approximately 16% of services revenue. Management expressed optimism for FY27, projecting total services revenue in the range of ₹2,650 to ₹2,750 crore, representing an anticipated 15%-19% growth over FY26. The EBITDA margin is expected to trend towards the 27% range, driven by operational improvements and a strong order book.
