Dividend Recommendation

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share (i.e., @ 60%) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This proposed dividend follows an interim dividend of ₹5 per equity share declared during the year. The total payout for the year highlights the company’s commitment to shareholder returns.

The company’s operations are diversified across three main segments: Own Manufactured Fertilisers, Complex Fertilisers, and Crop Protection Chemicals, Speciality Nutrients and Seeds.
