CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has officially completed the acquisition of Tosil Systems Private Limited. The acquisition was executed through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Axiro Semiconductor Private Limited, as per a Definitive Agreement signed on August 17, 2026.
Deal Details and Outcome
The total consideration for the acquisition of 100% shareholding in Tosil Systems was ₹16.44 crore. Following the completion of the transaction on August 20, 2026, Axiro has acquired 5,00,000 equity shares of Tosil, each with a face value of ₹10. This acquisition represents 100% of the subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of Tosil. Consequently, Tosil Systems Private Limited now stands as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axiro Semiconductor Private Limited, as per Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013.
