Consolidated Financial Performance
On a consolidated basis, CESC reported total income of ₹5,559 crore for the same quarter. Total expenses were ₹5,193 crore. Profit before tax was ₹546 crore, and profit for the period attributable to owners of the equity stood at ₹402 crore. Consolidated Earnings Per Share (Basic & Diluted, not annualised) were ₹3.03.

The company also provided additional information as per SEBI regulations, including various financial ratios. Notably, the Debt Equity Ratio was 1.0, and the Net Profit Margin was 7.3% for the standalone results as of June 30, 2026. For consolidated results, the Net Profit Margin was 7.2%.
