Revenue and Profitability

Revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was reported as ₹48598.16 Lakhs, a decrease from ₹62399.64 Lakhs in the previous quarter (ended March 31, 2026) and a decrease from ₹40680.61 Lakhs in the same quarter of the previous year (ended June 30, 2025).

Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter was ₹5981.30 Lakhs, down from ₹10350.71 Lakhs in the previous quarter and up from ₹6113.51 Lakhs in the prior year’s quarter. The effective tax rate for the quarter was approximately 24.24%.

Earnings Per Share

Earnings per equity share (EPS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was ₹35.13 for basic EPS and also ₹35.13 for diluted EPS. This is a decrease compared to ₹59.96 in the previous quarter and ₹36.08 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Other Comprehensive Income

The company reported Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) of ₹8.23 Lakhs for the quarter. This was primarily due to items that will not be reclassified to profit or loss.

Dividend Recommendation

Share Transfer Under ESOP

During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the ESOP Trust transferred 2011 equity shares of face value of ₹5/- each upon exercise of stock options issued under ESOS 2024 to eligible employees.
