Key Director Re-appointments
- Sri Rajesh Kumar Agarwal and Sri Prem Kumar Bhajanka have been re-appointed as Directors of the Company. Both individuals were eligible for re-appointment upon retirement by rotation at the AGM, as per Section 152(6)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Sri Sanjay Agarwal, currently serving as CEO and Managing Director, has been re-appointed for a further period of five years. His new term commences on July 1, 2026.
- Sri Ajay Baldawa will continue as Executive Director (Technical) for another five-year term, effective from July 1, 2026.
- Smt. Nikita Bansal has been re-appointed as an Executive Director for a term of five years, commencing on February 1, 2027.
