The primary objective of this session is to review and approve the bank’s audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. Additionally, the bank has outlined the schedule for its internal trading window closure.

The management of Central Bank of India has confirmed that a board meeting is set to take place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the bank’s head office in Mumbai. The key agenda for this meeting is the evaluation and formal approval of the bank’s financial performance for the final quarter (Q4) and the full fiscal year concluded on March 31, 2026.

Trading Window Restrictions

In accordance with internal corporate governance policies regarding market activity, the bank has implemented a mandatory trading window closure. This restriction applies to all Directors, Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives. The blackout period, which commenced on April 1, 2026, is scheduled to remain in effect until May 2, 2026. Market participants and authorized personnel may resume trading activities beginning May 3, 2026.
