Standalone Financial Highlights
For the standalone entity, Revenue from operations for the quarter amounted to ₹25,715.41 lakhs (₹257.15 crore). Profit before tax was reported at ₹2,105.73 lakhs, and after accounting for tax expenses, the Profit for the period after tax stood at ₹1,685.65 lakhs (₹16.86 crore). Total comprehensive income for the period was ₹1,685.46 lakhs.
Consolidated Financial Highlights
On a consolidated basis, Revenue from operations for the quarter reached ₹52,671.57 lakhs (₹526.72 crore). Profit before tax was higher at ₹9,469.42 lakhs, with the Profit for the period after tax at ₹7,340.22 lakhs (₹73.40 crore). The Total comprehensive income for the consolidated entity was ₹7,315.41 lakhs.
Fund Utilization Statement Approved
In addition to the financial results, the Board also approved the Statement of Deviation or Variation under Regulation 32 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This statement, enclosed as Annexure ‘B’, details the utilization of funds raised by the company. The review indicated no deviation or variation in the use of funds raised for the objects as originally disclosed, with all projects being within their allocated budgets or approved adjustments.
Auditor Review
The standalone and consolidated financial results have been reviewed by the statutory auditors, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. The auditors have issued a limited review report, confirming that based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the accompanying statements are not prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and do not contain any material misstatement.
