Ceigall India Limited, through its joint venture with SAM India Builtwell, has secured a major contract from the Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. Valued at ₹918.04 crore, the project involves the design and construction of an elevated viaduct and ten metro stations for the Jaipur Metro Phase-II expansion. The 10.8 km project is expected to be completed within an execution timeline of 34 months.
Project Details and Scope
The contract was awarded to the CIL–SAM India JV, in which Ceigall India Limited holds a 74% stake, with the remaining 26% held by SAM India Builtwell Pvt. Ltd. The project scope encompasses the design and construction of an elevated viaduct and ten elevated metro stations, including: Prahladpura, Manpura, Bilwa Kalan, Bilwa, Goner Mod, Sitapura, JECC, Kumbha Marg, Haldighati Gate, and Pinjrapole Gaushala. The package spans from chainage -600 m to 11,400 m and includes a spur line leading to the depot.
