Ceigall India: Wins ₹2,149 Crore Road Projects from MoRTH

Ceigall India Limited, in a joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited (74% stake), has been awarded four Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH). These contracts, aggregating to a total bid cost of ₹2,149.62 Crores, are for significant road construction projects. The LOAs were received on August 17, 2026, reinforcing the company’s position in infrastructure development.

Major Project Awards Secured

Ceigall India Limited (‘CIL’), in conjunction with its joint venture partner Sushee Infra Mining Limited (SIML), has announced the receipt of four Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH). The total value of these awarded projects amounts to ₹2,149.62 Crores. This significant development was officially communicated on August 17, 2026.

Project Details and Scope

The joint venture, with Ceigall India Limited holding a 74% share and Sushee Infra Mining Limited holding 26%, will undertake construction work across various stretches. The projects include:

  • Construction of road from km 0.000 to km 78.38 of Sarli-Taliha section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway), with a bid cost of ₹521.00 Crores and a construction period of 36 Months plus a 05 Year Maintenance Period.
  • Construction of road from km 55.725 to km 113.25 of Huri-Taliha section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway), valued at ₹611.10 Crore, with a 36 Month Construction Period and 05 Year Maintenance Period.
  • Construction of road from km 160.75 to km 209.90 of Huri-Taliha section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway), for which the bid cost is ₹525.00 Crore, requiring a 48 Month Construction Period and 05 Year Maintenance Period.
  • Construction of road from km 0.000 to km 55.725 of Huri-Taliha section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway), with a bid cost of ₹492.52 Crore, and a construction duration of 36 Month Construction Period & 05 Year Maintenance Period.

Contractual Framework

All awarded contracts are under the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) mode and are classified as domestic entity awards. The company has confirmed that these contracts do not fall within related party transactions and are conducted at arm’s length.
