The contract, valued at ₹274.08 Crore (excluding GST), involves the construction of a road section on NH-913 in Arunachal Pradesh. Ceigall India Limited (‘CIL’) and its joint venture partner, Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited (‘RIPL’), have been awarded a significant Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. This announcement, made on August 19, 2026, confirms a new contract that is expected to contribute positively to the company’s revenue streams.

Project Details and Contract Value

The awarded contract is for the construction of a road section, specifically from km 17.812 to km 55.377 (Package-2) of the Bile-Migging section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway) to the Intermediate Lane. This project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode and is situated in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. The total consideration for this contract is ₹274.08 Crore (excluding GST).

Execution Timeline and Scope

The project entails a substantial construction period of 48 months. Following the construction phase, Ceigall India Limited will also be responsible for the maintenance of the road for an additional 05 years. This extensive timeline indicates the scale and importance of the infrastructure development being undertaken.

Joint Venture Structure

Ceigall India Limited holds a 70% share in this joint venture, with Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited holding the remaining 30% share. This collaboration leverages the combined strengths of both companies to deliver this major infrastructure project.
