Ceigall India Limited has significantly expanded its order book by securing five Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) worth a combined ₹2,423.70 crore. These contracts are for road construction on NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh. The latest award of ₹274.08 crore adds to four previous LOAs totaling ₹2,149.62 crore, reinforcing the company’s execution capabilities in strategically important regions.

Ceigall India Limited (CIL), a prominent infrastructure development company, has announced a substantial strengthening of its order book, securing five Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH). These new contracts, awarded within a two-day period, collectively amount to INR 2,423.70 crore for road construction projects on the NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh.
Key Project Details
The most recent award involves an EPC package worth INR 274.08 crore for the construction of the Bile-Migging section of NH-913, covering kilometers 17.812 to 55.377. This project, awarded to a joint venture between Ceigall India and Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited (Ceigall holding 70%), has a construction period of 48 months followed by a five-year maintenance period. This latest win follows four previous LOAs totaling INR 2,149.62 crore awarded to CIL’s joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited for other sections of the same highway, Huri-Taliha and Sarli-Huri.
Strategic Significance and Company Outlook
Cumulatively, these five LOAs span approximately 278 km of Intermediate Lane road construction, marking one of Ceigall India’s most significant order-win periods on a single corridor. This achievement highlights the company’s scale and execution capabilities in challenging geographical terrains.
