Ceigall India: Q1 FY27 Revenue Climbs 15.7% to ₹9,696 Million

Ceigall India Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY27 (ended June 30, 2026). Consolidated revenue grew by 15.7% year-on-year to INR 9,696 million. EBITDA saw a substantial increase of 31.4% to INR 1,434 million, with margins improving to 14.8%. The company also maintained a strong order book of INR 185,683 million.

Ceigall India Limited has disclosed its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. The company demonstrated a resilient operating performance, with consolidated revenue reaching INR 9,696 million, marking a year-on-year growth of 15.7%. This growth was driven by strong performance across its infrastructure segments.

EBITDA and Margins Improve

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) saw a significant rise of 31.4%, totaling INR 1,434 million. This resulted in an improvement in EBITDA margins, which stood at 14.8% compared to the previous year. The company attributed this to disciplined execution and efficient cost management.

Robust Order Book Provides Visibility

As of June 30, 2026, Ceigall India’s order book stood at a healthy INR 185,683 million. This substantial order backlog provides strong visibility for future revenue across various sectors, including highways, metro, renewable energy, transmission & distribution, and industrial infrastructure. The company also highlighted strategic milestones, including the successful monetization of its first HAM asset and strengthened presence in the renewable energy sector.

Strategic Developments

The company also reported progress in its project pipeline, including the execution of a Concession Agreement for the Ambala–Chandigarh-Zirakpur HAM project. Furthermore, they received Appointed Dates for several HAM projects and emerged as the L1 bidder for an EPC highway project, reinforcing their long-term growth prospects. Ceigall India expressed confidence in its growth trajectory, backed by its diversified order book and disciplined approach to capital allocation.
