The project, undertaken by its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), “CEIGALL AMBALA CHANDIGARH ZIRAKPUR LIMITED”, has an estimated cost of ₹603.00 Crores (Excluding GST) and a completion period of 18 Months, followed by a 15-year operation and maintenance period.

Ceigall India Limited has formally executed a Concession Agreement for a significant infrastructure project. The agreement was signed by its Project Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), “CEIGALL AMBALA CHANDIGARH ZIRAKPUR LIMITED”, with the National Highways Authority of India on June 09, 2026.

The project involves the construction of a 6-lane access-controlled spur. This will connect from Chainage 15+100 of the Ambala Chandigarh section of NH-205A and will terminate at Chainage 2+500 of the Zirakpur Bypass. The total length of this new stretch is 10.300 Km and it falls under the “NH(O)” category in the state of Punjab.
Estimated Costs and Timeline
The estimated project cost for this development is ₹603.00 Crores, excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST). The project is planned with a construction period of 18 Months. Following the construction phase, it will enter an operation and maintenance period of 15 Years.
