Castrol India Leadership Appointment in B2B Sales and Operations

Castrol India has announced a key leadership transition, appointing Mr. Anoop Jindal as the Vice President of B2B Sales-OEM & South Asia, effective 1 June 2026. Mr. Jindal, currently the Vice President & Head of Customer Excellence & Operations, will transition from his current role on 31 May 2026. This strategic move aims to strengthen the company’s B2B growth trajectory and aligns with its broader organizational objectives.

Strategic Leadership Transition

Castrol India has officially confirmed the appointment of Mr. Anoop Jindal to a pivotal leadership position within the organization. Effective 1 June 2026, Mr. Jindal will lead the B2B Sales-OEM & South Asia division. This appointment was finalized by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on 20 May 2026.

Role Succession Details

Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Jindal served as the Vice President & Head of Customer Excellence & Operations. He will formally step down from this role at the close of business hours on 31 May 2026. The company has indicated that the vacancy left in the Customer Excellence & Operations division will be addressed and announced in due course.

About the Appointee

Mr. Anoop Jindal brings over 26 years of extensive experience in sales, business development, and customer operations. Having joined Castrol in 2005, he has successfully held various senior roles covering OEMs, strategic accounts, and sales excellence. Mr. Jindal holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra and an Executive MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. His track record includes driving significant transformation initiatives and fostering business growth across diverse industrial segments, including franchise workshops and the mining sector.
