Capri Global Capital has re-appointed Mr. Desh Raj Dogra as an Independent Director for a second term of three years, effective February 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Zoheb Sheikh has been appointed as Head of Internal Audit and Internal Auditor, effective December 17, 2025, for a three-year term, enhancing the company’s risk management and compliance structures.
Independent Director Re-appointment
Mr. Desh Raj Dogra has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term. The new term is set for three years, commencing on February 1, 2026. His re-appointment is still subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Dogra brings extensive experience with over four decades in the financial sector and credit administration. He previously served as CEO and Managing Director of Credit Analysis and Research Limited (CARE). He also held a position as Vice Chairperson at the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
Appointment of Head of Internal Audit
Mr. Zoheb Sheikh has been appointed as the Head of Internal Audit and Internal Auditor, effective December 17, 2025. His tenure is for a period of three years.
Mr. Sheikh has been associated with the Capri Global Group since 2014. Before his current role, he has independently managed audits covering diverse operational and functional areas. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA).
