35th Annual General Meeting Details

Caplin Point Laboratories Limited will convene its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to facilitate wider participation.

Financial Highlights and Dividend Proposal

The company reported a strong financial performance for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Total revenue reached ₹2,302.73 Crores, a notable increase from the previous year. In line with this performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share (200%), and also ratified the interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share (200%). This aggregates to a total dividend of ₹8 per equity share (400%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

Director Retirement and Re-appointment

The company also announced the retirement by rotation of Dr. Sridhar Ganesan (DIN: 06819026), Managing Director. The Board, considering his eligibility and pivotal role, has recommended his re-appointment. Dr. Sridhar Ganesan, who has extensive experience and has been instrumental in the company’s growth, is proposed to continue as Managing Director for a further period of two years, subject to member approval.

Appointment of Whole Time Director

The Board also recommended the appointment of Mr. D Muralidharan (DIN: 08301904) as a Whole Time Director. Mr. Muralidharan, the current Chief Financial Officer, possesses significant financial acumen and experience, and his appointment is aimed at further strengthening corporate governance.
