Mr. Uplaksh Tewary, currently the Chief Business Officer, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer, focusing on sales, supply chain, and technology integration. Additionally, Ms. Alka Monga has been promoted from Associate Vice President-HR to Vice President – HR, where she will lead the company’s talent management and organizational culture strategies to support sustainable long-term growth.

Mr. Uplaksh Tewary, who has been with the company since 2020, moves from his current position as Chief Business Officer to Chief Operating Officer.
