Revenue for the quarter was INR 139.7 crores, marking a 14.9% increase. The company’s operational efficiency led to an EBITDA of INR 56.1 crores, with an impressive EBITDA margin of 40.2%. Furthermore, Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a growth of 8.6%, reaching INR 49.7 crores, maintaining a PAT margin of 31.2%.

Strategic Shifts and Future Outlook

In a strategic move, the company has updated its reporting framework for market segments. Previously categorized as A&M and C&E, the segments are now simplified to Automotive, Enterprise, and Government. This change aims for better clarity and understanding of the company’s business operations.

The management also highlighted the appointment of Rohan Verma as Joint Managing Director, signifying a strengthening of the leadership team. A key strategic focus for the company moving forward is accelerating its push into AI-native product development and offerings, which is expected to drive future growth significantly.
