Mr. Kumar brings a wealth of experience to his new role, boasting approximately 19 years in the FMCG sector, with a particular focus on the Procurement Function. He has been a dedicated member of the Britannia Industries Limited team for over 14 years, during which time he has successfully navigated and excelled in various capacities within the procurement department. Prior to his current tenure, he served as a Purchase Manager at ITC Limited.
Educational Background
His professional qualifications are complemented by a strong academic foundation. Mr. Shailesh Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad.
