Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a lease agreement with HealthEdge, a U.S. headquartered healthcare technology company. The lease is for approximately 1.62 lakh sq. ft. across 11 floors in Brigade’s IT office building, Brigade Square, located in Technopark – Phase 1, Thiruvananthapuram. This development is a key step in Brigade Group’s expansion strategy in the region.
HealthEdge’s New Campus
HealthEdge, which provides AI-powered software and technology-enabled services to healthcare plans, will utilize the space for its new campus. This facility will house teams across Engineering, Product Development, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions. The new campus is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and employee experience, featuring various amenities, including a boardroom, meeting rooms, and a dedicated cafeteria.
Strategic Location and Future Plans
Brigade Square, a 2 lakh sq. ft. IT office building, is designed to meet the evolving needs of technology-driven businesses. The lease with HealthEdge is seen as a strong validation of Thiruvananthapuram’s potential as a technology and healthcare hub. Brigade Group also has plans to develop a 2 million sq. ft.
