Brigade Enterprises reported strong performance for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The consolidated revenue from operations for the year stood at ₹5,69,722 lakhs, contributing to a total income of ₹5,90,901 lakhs. The consolidated profit after tax for the year was recorded at ₹72,476 lakhs, demonstrating healthy growth compared to the previous year’s ₹68,047 lakhs.
Dividend and Bonus Share Distribution
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (20%) of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26. Furthermore, to reward shareholders, the company has proposed an issue of bonus equity shares in a 1:3 proportion. This means shareholders will receive 1 (one) bonus equity share for every 3 (three) existing equity shares held as of the yet-to-be-announced record date. The bonus issue is subject to necessary shareholder approvals via postal ballot.
Strategic Capital Expansion
To support its future growth trajectory, the company has proposed an increase in its authorized share capital. The current capital of ₹250 crore will be increased to ₹400 crore, divided into 40,00,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. This move entails an amendment to the company’s Memorandum of Association, requiring member approval.
Segment-Wise Operational Growth
The group continues to see significant contributions from its primary business verticals. For the year ended March 31, 2026, the Real Estate segment generated ₹3,96,985 lakhs in revenue, the Hospitality segment contributed ₹59,561 lakhs, and the Leasing business added ₹1,29,707 lakhs. These figures highlight the company’s diversified presence across real estate sub-sectors.
