The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani from his position as Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective August 27, 2026. Following this, Mr. Sanketkumar Dave has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, also effective August 27, 2026. The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and the Stakeholder Relationship Committee, with immediate effect from August 27, 2026.

Annual General Meeting Scheduled

Bridge Securities Limited also announced that its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), providing accessibility to all stakeholders.
