Bosch Limited: Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results Show Profit Growth, Board Appointments

Bosch Limited Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Financial Performance

Bosch Limited has declared its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company achieved a total revenue from operations of INR 5,842 crores (531 million euros), marking a substantial 22.0% increase compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year. This growth is attributed to heightened demand in the passenger car and off-highway segments.

Profitability Highlights

The Profit Before Tax for the quarter stood at INR 939 crores (85 million euros), representing 16.1% of the total revenue from operations. This indicates a 12.0% improvement over the prior year’s quarter, driven by revenue growth and effective expense management. Profit After Tax for the period was INR 702 crores (64 million euros), equating to 12.0% of revenue from operations.

Key Board Decisions

In addition to financial reporting, the Board of Directors of Bosch Limited approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Ramadurai (DIN: 07109252) as an Independent Director. He will also serve as a nominee director on the Board of Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Limited (RBIC), which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Limited effective July 01, 2026.

Segment Performance Snapshot

The automotive segment saw an overall product sales increase of 25.7% year-on-year. The Power Solutions business demonstrated robust growth at 29.0%, buoyed by a strong automotive market. The two-wheeler business grew by 41.4%, led by value-added EMS products and increased sales to premium platforms. Mobility aftermarket business rose by 9.6%, and the Beyond Mobility sector saw a 12.6% net sales increase.
