BLS International Robust FY26 Financial Performance with 37% Revenue Growth

BLS International Services Limited reported a strong financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated revenue of Rs. 2,998 crore, representing a 36.7% year-on-year growth. Consolidated PAT grew by 34.1% to reach Rs. 724 crore, while maintaining a strong EBITDA margin of 27.3%. This performance was driven by organic growth in Visa and Consular services and the successful integration of Aadifidelis.

Annual Financial Highlights

For the financial year 2026 (FY26), BLS International delivered substantial growth across all key metrics. Consolidated revenue reached Rs. 2,998 crore, a robust 36.7% increase compared to FY25. The company’s profitability also saw significant gains, with Consolidated PAT rising to Rs. 724 crore, reflecting a 34.1% growth. The Consolidated EBITDA for the year stood at Rs. 819 crore, maintaining a healthy margin of 27.3%. Furthermore, the company strengthened its liquidity position, with a Net Cash balance of Rs. 1,434 crore as of March 31, 2026, compared to Rs. 928 crore in the previous year.

Segmental Performance

The Visa and Consular Services segment remained a primary growth engine, recording a revenue of Rs. 1,840 crore, an 11.3% growth over FY25. This segment saw the processing of 44.1 lakh applications during the year. Simultaneously, the Digital Business segment exhibited exponential growth, with revenue surging by 114.4% to reach Rs. 1,158 crore, underscoring the success of the company’s diversification strategy.

Quarterly Performance Review

In the fourth quarter (Q4FY26), the company reported revenue of Rs. 815 crore, marking a 17.6% increase year-on-year. Quarterly PAT stood at Rs. 187 crore, a growth of 28.7%. The quarter also saw 10.8 lakh visa applications being processed, reflecting sustained demand and operational efficiency.

Strategic Business Wins

During FY26, BLS International successfully secured several high-value contracts. Notable wins included a Rs. 2,055 crore UIDAI work order for Aadhar Seva Kendras (ASKs), a 3-year contract with the Ministry of External Affairs, India to operate Indian Visa Application Centres in China, and a 5-year global visa outsourcing contract from the Slovak Republic. Additionally, the company secured a Rs. 100 crore project from the Bihar Government for Aadhar Permanent Enrolment Centres, further solidifying its leadership in identity infrastructure services.
