Members are informed that physical attendance is dispensed with, and proxy facilities will not be available for this AGM. Ordinary Business
The primary agenda items for the AGM include:
- To consider and adopt the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
- To consider and adopt the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
Declaration of Final Dividend
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (representing 50% on each paid-up equity share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. If approved by the members at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM. The record date for the purpose of final dividend is September 16, 2026.
