This strategic move marks ATPL’s transition into a step-down subsidiary of BLS International.

Deal Details and Rationale

The total cost of this acquisition is ₹156.82 crores, with the exact price subject to certain conditions. ATPL is recognized as an AI-powered banking technology service provider, specializing in digital solutions for banks and financial institutions across India. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Bangalore.

Atyati Technologies Private Limited reported a turnover of ₹375.8 Crores for the Financial Year 2025-26. The company’s product and service line includes Al-powered banking technology services and Business Correspondent (BC) services for various banks, facilitating last-mile connectivity.

This acquisition is expected to significantly boost BLS International’s existing Business Correspondent (BC) operations. By integrating ATPL’s capabilities, BLS aims to expand and consolidate its BC business. Furthermore, the inclusion of ATPL’s micro-lending and technology solutions will empower BLS to broaden its market reach and solidify its position within the financial inclusion sector.
