Mr. Ajit Hugh Dias, who holds the position of Chief Human Resource Officer and is designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), has tendered his resignation from the company. This decision comes due to personal reasons.
Resignation Details
Mr. Dias’s resignation letter, dated May 01, 2026, was accepted by the management on June 01, 2026. His last day of employment with BLS International will be Friday, June 05, 2026, at the closing of business hours. He will be relieved of his duties after completing his notice period. During this time, Mr. Dias is expected to assist with all necessary transition actions, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities.
