BLS International: Q1 FY27 Revenue Up 25.3% to ₹891 Crore

EBITDA saw a significant increase of 23.6% to ₹252 crore, with net profit growing 11.4% to ₹202 crore. BLS International Services Limited, a global travel and mobility service provider, has declared its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company has demonstrated strong growth momentum, with revenue rising by 25.3% year-on-year to reach ₹891 crore, compared to ₹710.6 crore in Q1 FY26. This performance underscores the strength of its diversified business model and disciplined execution.

Key Financial Highlights for Q1 FY27

The company reported a significant increase in EBITDA, which grew by 23.6% year-on-year to ₹252 crore, up from ₹204.2 crore in the previous year. The EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 28.3%. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a healthy rise of 11.4% year-on-year, reaching ₹201.6 crore, compared to ₹181.0 crore in Q1 FY26. The PAT margin was recorded at 22.6%.

Segmental Performance Driving Growth

The Visa & Consular Services business was a key growth engine, achieving a 21.6% revenue growth year-on-year, amounting to ₹560.1 crore. EBITDA for this segment increased by 21.5% to ₹225.9 crore, driven by cost efficiencies and a transition to a self-managed operating model. The number of visa applications processed during the quarter reached 11.3 lakh, with net revenue per application growing to ₹3,521.

The Digital Services business continued its upward trajectory, recording a 32.2% revenue growth year-on-year to ₹330.4 crore. EBITDA for the segment saw a substantial increase of 45.5% to ₹26.5 crore. The Business Correspondent segment within Digital Services witnessed a Gross Transaction Value (GTV) of over ₹29,500 crore.
