BLS International Services Limited has reported its highest-ever financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a revenue of Rs. 2,998 Crores, representing a 36.7% year-on-year growth. Net profit surged by 34.1% to Rs. 724 Crores, driven by strong execution in its Visa & Consular services and Digital business segments. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.5 per share to shareholders.
Annual Financial Highlights
For the fiscal year 2026, BLS International demonstrated robust operational health across all metrics. The company reported a total revenue of Rs. 2,998.2 Crores compared to Rs. 2,193.3 Crores in the previous year. Profitability also saw a significant uptick, with EBITDA reaching Rs. 818.9 Crores, a 30.1% increase, and Profit After Tax (PAT) rising to Rs. 723.8 Crores.
Visa and Consular Services Expansion
The company’s flagship Visa & Consular business remains a key profit driver, reporting a revenue of Rs. 1,840.3 Crores for FY26, an 11.3% YoY increase. This growth was fueled by a 17.6% rise in application counts, totaling 44.1 lakh processed applications. The transition to a self-managed business model has successfully boosted segment EBITDA margins to 40.1%.
Digital Services Momentum
The Digital Services business saw exponential growth of 114.4%, reaching Rs. 1,157.9 Crores in revenue. This segment was bolstered by the consolidation of Aadifidelis Solutions and strong performance in business correspondent activities. The business now supports 45,800+ Customer Service Points (CSPs) and 1,55,000+ touchpoints, with loan leads generated reaching Rs. 36,800+ Crores during the year.
Strategic Initiatives and Q4 Performance
During the final quarter (January-March 2026), the company continued its global expansion by launching new operations in Kazakhstan, Lebanon, and Kenya. Technological advancements were also a focal point, with the introduction of AI Voice Bots and enhanced cybersecurity measures to modernize visa and consular processing. The company remains committed to long-term growth through technology-driven service delivery and strategic government partnerships.
