Birlasoft Limited has reported its audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a 2.4% year-on-year revenue growth to ₹13,486 million, alongside a significant 44.1% increase in post-tax profits compared to the same period last year. With an EBITDA margin of 18.5% and a healthy cash position of ₹26,373 million, the board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share.

Financial Performance Highlights

Birlasoft demonstrated resilient financial growth in Q4 FY26, marked by the third consecutive quarter of margin expansion. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹13,486 million, representing a 2.4% increase year-on-year. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a robust jump, climbing 44.1% year-on-year to ₹1,759 million. Operating efficiency and favorable exchange rate tailwinds contributed to an EBITDA margin of 18.5%.

Strategic Growth and Deal Wins

During the quarter, Birlasoft successfully secured $208 million in Total Contract Value (TCV), a 3% sequential increase. Key strategic engagements included a modernization project for a major Payments & Cards client in the BFSI vertical, AWS Cloud Database maintenance services, and a multi-year partnership with a national FDA-registered Healthcare entity in North America to support core ERP and infrastructure platforms.

Operational Milestones and Leadership

The company continued its focus on high-value AI-led engagements while refining its client base through tail account rationalization, ending the quarter with 221 active clients. Furthermore, the company strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Vikram Puranik as the new Chief Operating Officer. Puranik brings over 25 years of experience in scaling AI-first engineering organizations to drive the company’s future delivery and innovation agenda.
