The redemption, amounting to ₹80,00,00,000/-, including applicable interest of ₹7,40,00,000/-, was completed on the maturity date, 18th August, 2026. Following this, the company has outstanding NCDs aggregating to ₹20 crore under different ISINs.

Birla Corporation Limited has formally communicated the complete redemption of its Series–VI Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). This financial action involved the settlement of 2000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable NCDs, each initially issued at a face value of ₹10,00,000/-.
Key Redemption Figures
The total face value of the outstanding NCDs at the time of redemption was ₹4,00,000/- each, aggregating to a substantial ₹80,00,00,000/-. The company also paid applicable interest amounting to ₹7,40,00,000/- alongside the principal redemption. The entire redemption process was successfully concluded on the due maturity date, which was 18th August, 2026.
Outstanding Debt Post-Redemption
Following the full redemption of the Series–VI NCDs, Birla Corporation Limited now has outstanding NCDs totaling ₹20 crore. These remaining NCDs are recognized under different ISINs, indicating a diversified debt profile.
