Total Revenues for the quarter reached ₹5,944.57 Bn, marking an 18% increase compared to the corresponding quarter last year. This growth was driven by strong performance across all business segments.
EBITDA reported was ₹3,360.0 Bn, a 19.3% increase year-on-year. The EBITDA margin stood healthy at 57.4% for the quarter, reflecting improved operational efficiency.
Net income (before exceptional items) for the quarter was reported at ₹805.72 Bn, showing a substantial 35% YoY growth. The company also reported Net income (after exceptional items) of ₹816.74 Bn.
Operational Performance
The overall customer base across 15 countries grew by 12.5% YoY to approximately 681 million. Mobile data traffic increased by 37.4% YoY to 32,237 PB, indicating a growing demand for data services. Total minutes on the network increased by 3.4%.
Segment Performance
The India segment contributed significantly, with revenues of ₹4,121.40 Bn, up 9.7% YoY. The Africa segment also showed positive growth, with revenues at $1.836 billion in constant currency, an increase of 21.1% YoY.

Capital Expenditure and Net Debt
Capital expenditure for the quarter was ₹133,860 Mn. The consolidated net debt, excluding lease obligations, stood at ₹818,521 Mn as of June 30, 2026, a notable reduction from the previous year.
