Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has formally announced the details for its upcoming 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, September 28, 2026, commencing at 03:00 PM. In line with current practices, the AGM will be conducted virtually through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Record Date and Dividend Eligibility
Further to regulatory requirements, BDL has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to Monday, September 28, 2026, inclusive. This closure is for the purposes of the 56th AGM and the potential payment of a final dividend. The company has set Monday, September 21, 2026, as the official “Record Date”. This date will be used to identify shareholders who are eligible to receive the final dividend, subject to its declaration by the members at the AGM. Any declared dividend is expected to be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
