Belrise Industries: Q1 FY27 Revenue Up 12.6% to ₹25,464.7 Mn

Belrise Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a 12.6% year-over-year increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹25,464.7 million. Profit before tax saw a significant 19.2% rise to ₹1,663.8 million, driven by strong performance across its manufacturing segments and strategic order wins.

Strong Q1 FY27 Performance Highlights

Belrise Industries Limited (BIL) has reported robust financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27), ending June 30, 2026. The company showcased a 12.6% year-over-year growth in revenue from operations, which stood at ₹25,464.7 million. This expansion reflects the company’s sustained momentum in the automotive component manufacturing sector.

Profitability and Margins

Gross profit increased by 16.3% to ₹5,093.1 million. EBITDA grew by 4.5% to ₹2,932.6 million, though the EBITDA margin slightly decreased to 11.5% from 12.4% in the prior year. Notably, Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged by 19.2% to ₹1,663.8 million, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 8.9% to ₹1,216.7 million.

Key Business and Financial Drivers

The company highlighted that manufacturing revenue grew by 20% to ₹21,979 million in Q1 FY27. Manufacturing EBITDA also saw an increase of 10% to ₹2,793 million, with margins at 12.7%. Approximately 71% of manufacturing revenue is derived from powertrain-neutral products.

Strategic Acquisitions and Funding

Belrise Industries also announced the acquisition of Hyva India’s tipper business in August 2026, adding three manufacturing facilities and strengthening its heavy-fabrication capabilities. Furthermore, the company successfully raised ₹17,000 million through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to bolster its financial position and support growth initiatives.

Operational Wins and Expansion

The quarter saw significant order wins, including an additional chassis order from a major 2W & 3W OEM with an annual revenue potential of ₹650+ million. Belrise is also expanding its presence in the renewable energy sector by establishing a new facility for a US-based solar tracker manufacturer, with peak revenue potential of ₹1500+ million. The company also secured a significant program from a leading Indian 4W OEM for 59 unique assemblies for an EV model.
