The company achieved consolidated revenue of INR 95,091.02 million and a net profit of INR 4,968.60 million. Alongside these strong results, the Board has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.55 per share. Furthermore, the company announced plans to raise up to INR 20,000 million via a qualified institutions placement to fuel future growth.
Financial Performance Highlights
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Belrise Industries demonstrated significant operational growth. On a consolidated basis, the company recorded total revenue from operations of INR 95,091.02 million, compared to INR 82,908.16 million in the previous year. The consolidated net profit for the year reached INR 4,968.60 million, marking a substantial increase over the INR 3,654.43 million reported for the year ended March 31, 2025.
Shareholder Returns
Reflecting the company’s solid financial health and commitment to providing value to investors, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.55 per equity share (representing 11%) for the 2025-26 financial year. This proposal remains subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Strategic Growth and Capital Expansion
To support its expansion initiatives, the Board has approved a proposal to raise capital of up to INR 20,000.00 million. This capital will be generated through the issuance of equity shares or other equity-linked instruments via a qualified institutions placement. The company will seek necessary shareholder approvals through a postal ballot process to facilitate this significant fundraising activity.
Corporate Expansion
In a move to strengthen its international footprint and operational capabilities, the company is also providing a corporate guarantee for an External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) facility. This facility, aggregating up to EUR 3,300,000, will support the growth of its wholly owned subsidiary, Belrise Defence and Aerospace Private Limited.
