For the Q4 FY26 period, the Bank reported a standalone net profit of ₹301.58 crore, reflecting consistent operational momentum.
Dividend Recommendation
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend payment of ₹4.65 per equity share, having a face value of ₹10 each. This represents a dividend payout of 46.50%. The Bank has fixed May 29, 2026, as the record/cut-off date to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend payment, which is subject to approval at the upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting.
Operational Milestones and Annual General Meeting
The Bank has announced that its 30th Annual General Meeting will be held on June 15, 2026, via video conferencing. Additionally, the Bank successfully raised ₹10,000 crore through the issuance of Infrastructure Bonds in December 2025, further strengthening its resource base for long-term infrastructure and affordable housing projects.
Asset Quality and Capital Adequacy
The Bank continues to maintain a strong capital position, reporting a Capital Adequacy Ratio (Basel III) of 18.01% as of March 31, 2026. Asset quality has also seen improvement, with the Gross NPA ratio declining to 1.98%, while the Net NPA ratio stood at 0.56% for the same period.
