Bank of India has appointed Pramod Kumar Dwibedi as Executive Director, effective from November 24, 2025. Dwibedi, previously Chief General Manager, will serve until his superannuation on June 30, 2028, or until further notice. This appointment strengthens the bank’s leadership team. Dwibedi is not related to any other director and is qualified to hold the position.

Profile of Pramod Kumar Dwibedi
Pramod Kumar Dwibedi, aged 57, holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and MBA (Finance). He began his banking career in 1995. He is a certified member of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and holds a certification in IT and Cyber Security. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked in various capacities across India and abroad, focusing on corporate customer relations, particularly with Mid Corporate – MSME clients. He has also managed roles such as General Manager, FGMO Bhopal and Chief General Manager, FCGMO Pune.
