On April 23, 2026, Balrampur Chini Mills Limited initiated the grant of 12,777 ESARs as part of the company’s long-term incentive strategy. These rights are issued under the company’s dedicated ESAR 2023 Plan, designed to align employee interests with shareholder value creation. The determined grant price per unit is ₹541.55.

Vesting and Exercise Structure

The ESARs follow a defined lifecycle to encourage long-term retention and performance. The vesting period for these rights is spread over 4 years. Once vested, eligible employees will have an exercise period of 4 years to convert these rights into equity, as per the terms specified under the plan. The precise quantity of equity shares to be allotted against the granted ESARs will be finalized in accordance with the ESAR 2023 framework.
