Year-to-date figures up to August 2026 stand at ₹10,435 crore, compared to ₹9,336 crore for the corresponding period in August 2025, indicating a positive trend in the general insurance business.

Bajaj Life Insurance Records New Business Momentum

Bajaj Life Insurance Limited’s new business information for August 2026 also shows encouraging figures. The company underwrote ₹125.35 crore in individual single premiums and ₹600.53 crore in individual non-single premiums for the month. Group single premiums amounted to ₹1,156.83 crore, and group yearly renewable premiums were ₹71.28 crore. Cumulatively, the total new business premium for August 2026 reached ₹1,953.99 crore, a significant rise from ₹1,484.88 crore in August 2025.

Year-to-date total new business premiums up to August 2026 total ₹7,016.95 crore, demonstrating robust growth from ₹4,952.59 crore in the same period last year. The overall performance underscores the steady expansion and market traction of Bajaj Finserv’s insurance operations.
