The total aggregate value of this issuance is ₹1,115 crore, with each NCD having a face value of ₹1 Lakh. This capital raise was approved by the Debenture Allotment Committee of the company.

The newly allotted NCDs feature an annual interest rate of 7.78%. The tenure of the instrument is 1187 days, with the maturity date set for November 9, 2029. The first coupon payment is scheduled for November 9, 2026, with subsequent payments to be made annually thereafter. The payment schedule for coupon and principal is detailed as follows: November 9, 2026; November 9, 2027; November 9, 2028; and November 9, 2029.
These debentures are secured by a first pari-passu charge on the company’s book debts and loan receivables. The security cover is mandated to be not less than 1.00 time the aggregate outstanding value of the debentures issued. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of the BSE Limited.
