The year was marked by strategic financial decisions, including an impairment provision related to its Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar unit and moulds and dies, impacting overall profitability.

Dividend and Strategic Capital

In honor of the Bajaj Group’s 100-year celebration, the Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share (150%) on a face value of Rs. 2, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 87th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 6, 2026. Furthermore, the Board has secured enabling approval to raise up to Rs. 500 crore through the issuance of securities to support future financial flexibility.

Leadership Transition

The company announced a major change in its management team. Ms. Ashween Anand has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 16, 2026. Ms. Anand brings over 16 years of global experience in finance and strategy, having previously held senior roles at Tata Starbucks, Mondelez, and Colgate-Palmolive. She succeeds Mr. Suketu Shah, who served as the Interim CFO until the close of business on May 15, 2026.

Segment Performance

The company continues to operate through two primary reportable segments: Consumer Products and Lighting Solutions. The Consumer Products segment recorded annual revenue of Rs. 3,34,265 lakh, while the Lighting Solutions segment contributed Rs. 1,11,951 lakh. These segments remain core to the company’s long-term business strategy.
