This means the 27th AGM, which pertains to the financial year ended March 31, 2026, must now be held by October 29, 2026. This decision comes under the provisions of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
The company previously communicated its request for this extension on August 19, 2026. The Board of Directors will convene a meeting to fix the specific date, time, and venue for the AGM. Following this, the Notice of the Meeting, along with the record date for remote e-voting and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, will be duly intimated to the Exchange within the prescribed timelines.
