Following this transaction, Skybridge Interactive LLP’s total holding in BABA Arts Limited has increased to 3,92,00,602 equity shares, which amounts to 74.67% of the total diluted share capital.
Prior to this acquisition, Skybridge Interactive LLP held 3,27,00,602 shares, representing 62.28% of BABA Arts Limited’s voting capital. The total equity share capital of BABA Arts Limited before the acquisition was valued at ₹5,25,00,000, comprising 5,25,00,000 equity shares of ₹1 each. Post-acquisition, the equity share capital remains the same, with the increased shareholding by Skybridge Interactive LLP.
