The company’s profit before tax stood at ₹400.87 crore, and after accounting for tax expenses, the profit for the period was ₹363.52 crore. The total comprehensive income for the period was ₹361.60 crore.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, which includes its subsidiaries, the company’s revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was ₹1,725.99 crore, with total income at ₹1,761.48 crore. Profit before tax for the consolidated entity was ₹389.65 crore. The profit after tax attributable to the owners of the company was ₹357.45 crore, leading to a total consolidated comprehensive income of ₹349.96 crore.

Earnings Per Share

The basic and diluted earnings per equity share (face value ₹2) for the standalone results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, were reported at ₹5.63. For the consolidated results, the basic and diluted earnings per equity share also stood at ₹5.53.

The standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, have undergone a limited review by the statutory auditors, MSKA & Associates LLP. The auditors have issued an unmodified conclusion, stating that nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe the accompanying statements are not in accordance with the prescribed accounting principles and regulations.
