AWL Agri Business Ltd Reports Strong Financial Performance for FY 2025-26

AWL Agri Business Ltd (formerly Adani Wilmar Ltd) has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported annual revenue of ₹74,730.67 crore and a consolidated net profit of ₹1,044.89 crore. Additionally, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share for the fiscal year, with the Record Date set for June 19, 2026.

Financial Highlights for FY 2025-26

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹74,730.67 crore. The consolidated net profit for the same period stood at ₹1,044.89 crore. During the final quarter (Q4: Jan-Mar), the company recorded a revenue of ₹21,464.78 crore and a profit of ₹293.06 crore, reflecting stable operational performance across its diversified business segments.

Dividend Announcement

Recognizing the company’s performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (100% of face value) for the financial year 2025-26. This proposal is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming 28th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for July 7, 2026. Shareholders must hold the stock by the record date of June 19, 2026, to be eligible for the dividend payout.

Leadership and Governance Updates

The company has confirmed the re-appointment of Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singh as a Whole Time Director for a period of three years, effective from November 1, 2026. Mr. Singh, who serves as the Technical Head, brings over 35 years of industry experience to the leadership team. His re-appointment is aimed at maintaining continuity in the company’s operational and strategic goals.

Segment Performance

The company continues to focus on three core areas: Edible Oil, Food & FMCG, and Industry Essentials. The Edible Oil segment remains the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹59,787.47 crore to the total annual revenue. Meanwhile, the Food & FMCG business continues to scale, reaching ₹6,473.25 crore in revenue for the full financial year, supported by strategic acquisitions and market expansion.
