These new premium workspaces are strategically located in Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, and are designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and large corporations. The company noted that these additions are built on its latest design version, further enhancing its portfolio of Grade A+ inventory.

A key highlight of this expansion is the implementation of the company’s ‘Awfis 6.0’ design philosophy. This new approach emphasizes contemporary aesthetics, intelligent space planning, and operational efficiency to create future-ready work environments. The design prioritizes spatial optimization, refined material palettes, enhanced lighting and acoustics, and thoughtfully planned layouts.
