Shrimp Feed

In Q1 FY27, shrimp feed revenues showed a significant increase of 26.8% YoY, rising from ₹12,352 million to ₹15,661 million. However, Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the segment decreased to ₹1,112 million from ₹2,235 million YoY, with margins at 5.3% due to rising raw material costs.

Shrimp Processing & Export

Shrimp processing revenue experienced a decline of 10% YoY, falling to ₹3,337 million in Q1 FY27 from ₹3,712 million in Q1 FY26. This was mainly driven by a 17% reduction in sales volume. The EBITDA margin for this segment improved to 16% in Q1 FY27 from 9% in Q1 FY26, supported by favorable foreign exchange movements and better selling price realization.
